Mythological Thing of Iftar (IF-tar): the Thing, magic thing that changes shape based on what's inside of you, but won't change back

Plugger: hand gun

Ponk: a nonsensical, loud music genre, equivalent to extreme punk

Potion of Wurdirs (WORD-ers): cure for the common cold

Sign Collector: occupation that goes around and changes the signs for traffic

Spree: transportation (not on At) where you can travel instantaneously without roads

Tackle golf: violent sport, golf meets football

The Less Likely Reality Theorem Induced Depression: extreme version of existentialism that can cause bad luck

Vampire goddess: prophesized human girl who will be worshiped by vampires

Vampires: blood-sucking humanoids, male

Vampiresses: aka Wicked Ones people-eating humanoids, female

Wakanian flute player: hypnotizing fairy in Brise-tout

Wicked Ones: see vampiresses

Woe-cuffs: handcuffs that connect your hands to your hair for extra pain

Zeroed: to be taken to the bedlam

Ferrelli's: sit-down restaurant

Gyre Circuit: the rocks of the ring of a planet, each rock is a city

Klitch-Klatch: local hangout where bands play

Midnight Diner: Diner opened all day and night

Pianyi: department store on At

Pieceofstring Park: park near Phil's estate

Shoal School: high school on At

The Opening: entrance to the bedlam

Toudao: department store on For

Vampire lair: layer below the bedlam where the vampires live, you have to go down to the lair before going up to the surface

Wriggies Alley: bowling alley on At

Zoo: At had the first zoo in all of Gyre, caged animals

Armtors: small, stone-like, violent animals

 

Corrotars: animals with one big eye, an arm, and a bar with two spiked legs

 

Folorits: animals mostly made of fuzz

 

Grisarc: animal, monster-like, top of food-chain

 

Hectors: animals that cover their ears a lot

 

Ibex: animal, goat-like, but kind of antelope-like too

Jerbellos: small rodents

 

Jinx: cause bad luck, pain, humiliation, fear, etc.

 

Laspeyresia Saltitans: moths, small monsters that vampires and vampires descended from

 

Raites: animal, a hand with lips outlining an eyeball

Rawls: animals, pig-like with humans that sleep in piles

 

Scamp: aka tooth-fairies, mischief-makers

 

Shoi (shoy): animals, humanoid, innocent, bottom of food-chain

Snooters: animals, like birch-branches with suction-cup-like noses

Sour Beasts: animals with lots of piercings, bull-like

Spiders: giant spiders, used for electrical lines, running clocks, the internet, etc.

 

The Pelicans: bought out the storks, they deliver babies
